Miracles

They do come in all shapes and sizes. We were blessed this week to receive the money needed to complete our recordings. Thank you Dana! Many, many thanks.
The band will be back in the studio April 21st to add overdubs and perhaps add a couple of songs to the track list. I think a late summer release is in order.

Thank you to the Dover Soul for a fab time on Wednesday. We really love playing this room. If you want to catch us in our element, this is one of the places to do it.

mj returns to Dover Soul

We'll be at the Dover Soul this Wednesday, a fantastic martini bar located in downtown Dover. The ambience of this club is beautiful, and we'll be playing a stripped down set as part of the NH Edge Music Series.

mini jacket this week

Just a reminder to you all that we will be at Rossview Farms this Saturday at 11am for the annual maple festival. We'll play until 2ish and then haul our stuff over to Penuches for an evening performance at 9pm. Beechwood will be with us that evening for a rockin' frolickin' good time. Spread the word!

Studio rats

Just an update for you all, we are deep in our sessions at the moment, making the record we have been waiting for for a couple of years now. Dizzyland Studios is an interesting place, laid back, professional and a come as you please attitude. We laid down four, or maybe five basic tracks yesterday, and will be back there today to finish the drum and bass parts. Patrick is racing to write parts for the songs and Mechelle's watching her voice in preparation for vocal tracks in a couple of days.
Foster took a load of photos yesterday, and I will post some as soon as time allows.

MJ SHOWS THIS WEEK

Mini Jacket will be back on the scene this week in Concord after a short hiatus to prepare for our upcoming studio sessions starting March 14th at Dizzyland Studios in Rochester, NH.

Please come to this special opening of Barley Houses' new music stage in the B-Lounge.

The following night we will be in Westbrook, Maine with our good friends PONDERING JUDD at Chicky's Fine Diner.
