TBJ - BARLEY HOUSE - 05/12/06

TBJ will be at the BARLEY HOUSE in Concord on May 12th. Our friend DEREK ASTLES was to be our special guest, but at the last minute, the BH Management informed us that they don't allow 'opening-acts'. As the main writer and creator of this blog, I will voice my personal opinion and say that I think that is a bad idea. One of the most powerful tools a band has to build its name is Word-of-Mouth. Sharing the stage and exposing the music to new crowds is the number one goal of any performing band and that tool has been greatly undermined by those actions.
TBJ would like to apologize to Derek for the inconvenience caused to him and also vow to make it up to him at a later date.
